Dual Haunch Moment Optimization: PEB framing uses a 4.0m knee haunch to absorb high negative bending moments at the column junction, and a 4.368m belly haunch (RAF-3 + RAF-4) at mid-span where positive deflection and bending are maximized under marquee roof fabric tension and wind uplift.
Standardized Prefabrication: Every one of the 20 rafter lines uses the identical 22.769m 5-segment kit. Site eccentricity from misaligned concrete pedestals was absorbed entirely by customizing the apex end stub without altering the factory tooling of the main segments!

Key Finding: The concrete pedestals are cast with severe radial eccentricity (1,601 mm maximum deviation) and uneven levels up to +65 mm above FFL. While the GA drawings specified custom clear heights (5209 to 5449 mm) to adapt to the bad concrete, the fabrication shop drawing shows all 9 pieces of COL-10 were detailed to a single uniform length of 5,384 mm, guaranteeing major site erection clashes.
